Ctrl+windows+l is now a JAWS16 keystroke, so to use it in theQube, first
press the JAWS pass-through keystroke JAWSKey+3. Pressing enter twice on
"open as administrator" on the first use should have solved the not-running
issue. There is a beta of a newer, different version of theQube on another
site, whose URL I don't have to hand.
