Or you could use JAWSKey+3, the JAWS bypass command.

I only had to run it as admin the first time. I have noticed the change
in the follow command. I believe that someone said it is now
CONTROL-WIN-S. You can also hit CONTROL-WIN-K which will give you a
menu, and you can choose follow from that menu. Also, I have noticed
that sometimes JAWS will capture a Qube key command. One example is when
I hit CONTROL-WIN-K to bring up the key command menu, JAWS thinks I want
to go to a place marker. I have found that when using the Qube with
JAWS, it is better to ALT-TAB away from an application where JAWS
commands would be used.

So, when I do the follow command in the cube, it gives me a language
option, instead of the follow prompt.  Also, when I go to launch the
cube, it won't start unless I run as administrator each time, is there a
way to fix these things?  Using jaws 16 with windows 7.
