Hi, I don't have a solution, but, I get the same thing with JAWS 15 on my
windows 8.1 machine, not on my windows 7 PC. Are you using 8.1? I assumed
the problem was with the most current windows OS and JAWS ...

So, just started using jaws16. And there are a few things bothering me.
Most I can figure out. But the one that I can't is. When I am in a list of
files or folders, it will say the name of the file, but say 1 of 1, when
there are clearly 10 or more files or folders. How do I get jaws to speak
the proper number of items in a list? Thanks.
