This has been a JAWS issue for a while now under certain circumstances. When I'm looking at eligibility, I select the row I want to study. When selecting, the correct number is given, but the results always sound like "Row 1 Selected," no matter what number I designate. I never let it bother me.

I hope that you get an answer to this question. I have the same problem, sometimes. At other times it works as expected. So, just started using jaws16. And there are a few things bothering me. Most I can figure out. But the one that I can't is. When I am in a list of files or folders, it will say the name of the file, but say 1 of 1, when there are clearly 10 or more files or folders. How do I get jaws to speak the proper number of items in a list? Thanks.
