Hi I have a question and hope someone can help me.
I have installed Quicken 2015 on my computer and have updated to JAWS 16.0.1925. I am able to bring up a list of my accounts (CTRL+A) but cannot open any of the account registers. I place the focus on the account I wish to open but neither pressing ENTER, SPACEBAR nor TAB will open the register. What am I doing wrong? Are there any particular settings within Quicken 2015 that will improve accessibility with JAWS?
