Mike, So I'm assuming when the selected percentage is reached windows begins getting rid of the oldest each time a new one is created? I did get mine all configured and created a test point. However it asked me to name it but once created it only showed the date in the list. Where do you find the name?

Go to the desktop or start menu & press enter on the Create Restore Point shortcut. Or, type, sysdm.cpl , into the run dialogue & press enter. 2. This lands you on the Computer Name / Description edit field. 3. Shift + Tab 1 time to the Computer Name Tab. 4. Right arrow to System Protection Tab. 5. Now, tab to Create... & press the spacebar. 6. After pressing the spacebar you will be in an edit field. Here you type in what you want to name the restore point. 7. Tab 1 time to the Create Button & pressthe spacebar to start creating the restore point. 8. When this is finished you will get a dialogue telling you that the restore point was created successfully & you will be on a close button. Press the spacebar on the close button, this places you back on the create button. Now, tab to okay & press spacebar. You are done! *** Restore Points in Windows7, How to Access Them Quickly 1. Open the start menu/ Programs, & press enter on Accessories. 2. Arrow to system tools & press enter. 3. Arrow to system restore & press enter. You're now in system restore. 4. Tab to, next, press the spacebar, & you should now be in a list of restore points. 5. When you get into the list of restore points, shift + tab 1 time to the Show More Restore Points checkbox, & check this box. Now tab 1 time into the list of restore points & there should be a whole bunch more! *** To access your Windows7 Restore Points quickly press the Windows Key + R, for the run dialogue & type the following into the Run Dialogue; rstrui & press enter. Now, follow steps 4 & 5 from above. *** Restore Points, How to Access More Restore Points 1. Open the start menu/ Programs, & press enter on Accessories. 2. Arrow to system tools & press enter. 3. Route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor, down arrow to, Choose a different restore point radio button not checked, use your left mouse click simulation keystroke, to check this radio button. Tab to, next, press the spacebar, & you should now be in a larger list of restore points to choose from.
