I used the linix called ubuntu 10.4 with the help of there in built screen
reader orca.

I've never heard or read of anything approaching a screen reader for this 
OS.  If that is the case, that must make it unique among mainstream 
operating systems.

Jaws is specific to the Windows operating system.
That is why you will find references to JFW (Jaws for Windows).

I found a place in Chicago that rebuilds computers and sells them very
cheaply.  The issue is that they use the Lenex (spelling uncertain)
operating system exclusively.  I am guessing that JAWS doesn't work with
that system but I want to be sure.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
