What about Winpe, shouldn't help?
Tis is problem of all backuping SW, based on unix etc. because you can't
reload orca there.

Windows 7 has it's own ability to create system images. In effect allowing
a
user to reload their system in case of something bad happening. The problem
is creating the backup image is accessible but the reload process is not
because you have to boot the system up using a repair disk that brings up
your system in a pre-windows state.

Well, if my memory serves me right, that would not be so simply possible,
since Jaws is not a free product so using Jaws for the development of
another project may cause some legal problems.I think FS team has to take
the initiative steppes for freedom scientific talking installer.I wonder

usually provide almost all the assistance needed to install & reinstall
