Hi,

when you dl something from IE, what I have to do is, press "alt N" then "alt
s" to get it started dl, it will automatically be placed in the "download"
folder that is the default unless you changed it.

Now in some cases, some sites use "save target as..." when if you first
tried to enter on a link to dl, and instead you are hearing jaws read back
to you all the stuff you had previously dl, then you have to do it another
way.
Press the applications key, on that link, do not enter on it,arrow to the
"save target as..." enter here, then the download will start. You may or may
not have to press the "alt s" sometimes I do sometimes I don't, these will
also be placed in your download folder.

Try pressing alt plus n to see if that brings it up.
