That really is unfair to us, especially now that I don't have even bad eyes to help.
I had someone helping me set up a computer for work yesterday (unavailable most of the time due to family obligations) and she was sitting across the room reading something on my screen Jaws would not read with any cursor. It sort of shocked me, obviously I could never had read it but I have been used, until a few months ago, to have my husband come look over my shoulder, or ask for my chair, LOL, having her see it that was a different experience for me over 30 years of computer use. Sort of funny when I realized how easy it was for her LOL. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Flor Lynch Sent: Friday, February 20, 2015 2:39 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Creating A Gmail Account Steve, GMail is not the only site where WebVisum fails to create an account. I know of one airline's site where, if you use a third-party solution to attempt to solve the CAPTCHA, it knows this and it 'kicks you out' back to the start of the form. Also, there are dynamic http sites where the same CAPTCHA stays but a minute or two, before it changes. In my experience before I gave Facebook my mobile number, it was like that. -----Original Message----- From: Steve Sent: Friday, February 20, 2015 8:11 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Creating A Gmail Account No, Mike, What happened to me around three years ago when I created this account is the same. Webvisum did claim to solve the captcha that I submitted to google through the clipboard as you do. The point being, it was not correct. This consistently occurred on more than one computer as I've created gmail accounts for others as well. That is the only spot where Webvisum failed to create an account or solve the captcha. ----- Original Message ----- >From: Mike B. I was able to solve every captcha using webvisum but, that didn't amount to much did it! LOL LOL Take care. In the past, with Google, I had the same issue. For some reason, Webvisem didn't solve the captcha; I needed aa real pair of eyes to do it. I thought they had fixed their captcha issue, but I guess not. Steve ----- Original Message ----- >From: Mike B. I've been trying for the last 3 hours to create a Gmail email account. I click on the, Sign In link, then go to, Create An Account. I enter my name, what I want my email to be, password / verified password, birthday, did not put in a mobile number, checked the box to accept the terms, & entered the solved Captcha by webvisum. But, when I press the next button I'm taken right back to the top of the, Create Account, page. The password fields are empty so, I create a new password & verify it but, after making sure that all the information is inserted correctly & solve another captcha & press spacebar on the next button it all starts all over again! I'm running XP, Outlook Express, Firefox 35.0.1, & Jaws13. What am I doing wrong?! All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much Take care. Mike This email was sent from my, iBarstool.
