hope you didn't do what I did with J12, this is just so embarrassing, but 
new laptop back in 2011, and well ok my first one too, how was I suppose to 
know there was switch to turn on internet? smiles
so, it never installed properly either.

I'm still using 15 as well because 16 never installed right, even after
consulting FS.  16 installed as if already merged with 15 or who knows
what version, since my 4-year old laptop started with JAWS 9 or 10.
16 never went down to that normal slow rate of speech at first
installation, and all the keys that I usually silence at
installation--tab, escape, enter, were already silent.
Shared components, ugh.
