Hi Annette, Under File/Options, there is a Search tab where you can change this. So, when you'r in your folder of messages: hit Alt-F followed by T, Hit right-arrow 6 times to land on Search, Hit Tab 2 times to land on "current Folder...", Hit down-arrow to change it to "All Folders", Hit tab and check other options and the OK button. At least this is what happens for me.
