Ctrl+Shift+F to do the find dialog. Then you can make choices as to how much you search, and by which filters. When the search is complete, you may need to use the JAWS cursor to get to the list and press the left mouse button. Then focus is on the list of found messages and you can navigate as usual with the cursor.
