Hi Kevin, Which version of Windows and Jaws are you using? Also, did you actually count the number of files in the list, by arrowing thru the list one at a time? I have found that on Windows 7, Jaws does not always correctly report the number of items in a list, also, make sure that your view is set to "List", in that folder.

I know I should have 100 music files, but when I closed out of the folder and went back into the folder jaws announced I have only 25 files. I closed and went back in and I still have 25 files. I checked another folder which I know has also 100 files opened the folder and no population happened and jaws said I have 27 files. I restarted the computer checked again and the same thing. what happened to my files? Email is golden!!!
