I'm trying to help someone with a problem. using JAWS 14 with Outlook 2010, none of her contacts (over 300) appear in the address book. what does she have to do for JAWS to see her contacts?
after she issued control+shift+b, JAWS just says contacts and suggested contacts, but she can't even see how to find an email when it is already in the contact list. she also can not figure out how to add a contact.
