when replying to/forwarding an email using Thunderbird, the header is 
"On 4/10/2015 8:00 PM, Mario wrote:". I'd like to get as a header 
"---------- original message ----------, from:, to:, sent:, subject:. is 
there a setting to change in the settings, and what are the steps to do so?
