Okay, I concur. While the suggestion I gave worked for MAGic, it did not
work for JAWS. I had to assist another individual perform a system restore
just to get things the way they were. I advised that individual not to
install the new version of JAWS until a fix was released.

That didn't clear things up.  I shut down the computer for the night and it
is till doing it today.  I unloaded and reloaded Jaws 16 and it still does
it.

Hi, 

I just had the same experience after installing MAGic 13 on a friend's
computer. What resolved the issue in this situation was to unload MAGic and
restart it; all worked as expected after the restart.

Hi,

I just installed the latest Jaws on my Windows 7 computer.  In MS Word 2013
it does not read paragraphs as I press control+down arrow through the
document.  It moves the cursor to the next or previous paragraph but does
not read it.  Has anyone else noticed this?
