I am running Jaws 15 latest, windows 7 and Microsoft Outlook Office & E-mail, 2013 and in the E-mails I have set: for each of the folders to be Jaws friendly: A: ALT V for Victor, for view. B: PN (P for Peter and N for November) for Reading pane. C: O (for Oscar) for off this will turn the reading pane off. So that is all you have to do and this you do for each folder if for e-mails that way, and if only one In-box you only have to do it once. To which I don't have any problems reading my mail. I've had this problem for a while now with various versions of outlook and jaws. I usually just do a control home whenever I open a message. I've been doing that for so long I sort of forgot it was a work around for a problem.
