I don't see this Frame announcement thing with the other
check boxes under messages

Another item to uncheck is the frames link announcement.
That seems to clean it up quite a bit.

In the JAWS+V dialog, make sure this is unchecked:

Message header fields with message announcements

When I open a message, it first tries to read the message,
but then gets interrupted with the From/to header and only
reads the first line of the message after that. Appears that
focus is being distracted by the header.

Also when headers announcement is turned off, any links are
first announced before reading the body of the message.

When I opened the below message in outlook 2010 with JAWS 15
JAWS
started reading at the beginning of the message footer.

I've always had my reading pane turned off. So that is not
the problem.

I hope this is a jaws issue, but if it isn't, I'll contact
Microsoft.

When I open an email, it starts reading at the end of the
message. I can
arrow up to the top and read it that way,, but that's
annoying. I have
outlook to read automatically, but it sure isn't doing that.
I have
outlook 2010, of course,
'W8.1
and jaws 16. Is there a fix for this problem? Jim
