It mostly takes doing that twice, the first Alt-Tab usually take me someplace else, like right now I was in Internet Explorer when it went to the Start button; I pressed Alt-Tab and it went to MS Outlook 2010; released it; pressed Alt-Tab again and it took me back to IE again
