Yeah, ditto. I understand MSSE doesn't get the highest ratings, but it is totally accessible.
I do tech support and I routinely use this as my anti-virus and recommend it for others who use screen-readers. I use a separately off-line virus scan with Sophos, although there are other scanners that will work, just as a backup to verify that the computer is clean. I also run a separate MalwareBytes anti-spyware.
