So, is the shutdown shortcut on your desktop now? Locate it, and enter its
Properties with alt+enter. Be focused on the shortcut tab control, and tab
over to the hotkey field. Delete it there, and tab to OK and activate.

Hello:
Several weeks back I was suggested to remove my shutdown shortcut from
the taskbar, place it on the desktop or elsewhere, go in the
properties and remove the keystroke, I think that is what was said?
Anyways, the shortcut key is still there, so now I cannot bring up the
styles with CTRL Shift s in word as it will shut down. thoughts?
