(The extension to the file is actually written as, .jpg. They are described
as JPEG files. MP3 is a flavour of MPEG files - MPEG3. Thus, MPEG2 = MP2;
MP4 = MPEG4.) Both .BMP and .PNG are compressed pictures file types.

choices:

.BMP
When someone sighted is around I'll see if renamed file with extension .JPEG
picture is okay.

I asked my husband, who went through the steps:
1. Right Click on Object. 2. Go to Save As.
3. Give it a name.
4. Save as JPEG file. 5. Be sure to remember where it is saved.
6. If on What's on your mind, left click where it says add picture.
