I wonder if the choices are alternatives to JPEG? As long as you retained
the original picture, you might try saving to the choices. Then go out and
get it, if nothing else with Windows F for the column of Find Pictures.

only have two
choices:
.png
.BMP
When someone sighted is around I'll see if renamed file with extension
.JPEG picture is okay.

I asked my husband, who went through the steps:
1. Right Click on Object. 2. Go to Save As.
3. Give it a name.
4. Save as JPEG file. 5. Be sure to remember where it is saved.
6. If on What's on your mind, left click where it says add picture.
