Hi Ann,

Are you plugging any sort of hardware into the computer that you haven't plugged in before.

If yes, and you know the drivers are good, simply proceed with the driver installation. If you don't trust the device, then simply unplug the device or hardware, download the proper signed drivers from the manufacturer's website, and install them from that point forward.

On the other hand, if you're not plugging anything new hardware into the computer, and you're still getting that message, try re-starting your computer, and see if that helps.

Alternatively, you may have to get some sighted assistance to open up the device manager, and ask them to look for any devices which have an exclamation mark in front of them.

This will be the device giving you the problem.
