Hi,
Call MSA like trish mention BEFORE and let those Cats take a look into your
pc.

If, your internet is down and your computer did not crash and does not have
the blue screen of death on,
 it doesn't matter...
They have a link that you can access them using the windows run dialog using
A regular computer,
OR TYPE THE ADDRESS BELOW IN THE IE ADDRESS BAR, PRESS CONTROL + O.
Try this :

www.support.me
Then, he will WALK you through, or ask you to try a different http: LINK.

But will need help with a person with vision, at first until the tech takes
over and you log on to him..

THE NEXT TIME, YOU USE THIS SERVICE, HOPEFULLY YOUR COMPUTER WILL BE FIX,
THEN YOU WILL NO LONGER EVER NEED SIGHTED HELP IN USING MSA.
I heard from my friend,
That there is a new American tech, of the name Oliver who speaks English,
Who is awesome.

I think Leonard meant an external cooling tray, that most likely helps older
laptops from over heating
I sure, could use one...

HTH,

                                                Jorge

it's built in to the system. It's not removable.

If you do need to replace the cooling fan which that might be the
issue
you might want to consider also buying a cooling fan tray. I
added one
of these devices to my laptop It uses a USB to turn the coolling
fan
tray on. Lastly, if you know you are not going to be using the
PC for a
while consider putting it to sleep. Just some ideas.

Sounds like your battery is toast, then. See if you can run
just
 using your
ac source with no battery installed. If so, then it's time for
a
 new
 battery.

I seemed to get it working again by pulling out the battery,
holding the power button for 30 seconds, putting it back. Now
the computer n[ sees windows 7.

No, same computer, black screen, cooling fan on, frozen and
 wont
wake up. The main operating system wont start, just the
computer. So basically I hold down the power butnon for 10
seconds. I hit the per button and nothing happens. A
sighted
person saw this error: "Windows did not shut down correctly,
would you like to turn it on in safe mode?" I hit the enter
key
on start windows normally. Then there is a blincking cursor,
 and
stays there for 10 minutes. Then the screen goes black,
 however
the cooling faar is steady and loud. Eghen hitting the power
button does nothing. So the main operating system doesn't
 start.

Hi, my computer cooling fan is on, however the computer wont
 even
turn on. When I do a restart, all I get is a squealing noise
 and
the hard drive spinning. When I try to type in my password
nothing happens. I close the lid and the fan stays on. Why
is
    it doing that?
