Actually we haven't loosened up the rules. The thing is once in a while this
thread does talk about the system when it is up and running and then
sometimes it doesn't. There for parts of the thread are all right and parts
are not. With well over 100 emails coming across my desk every day sometimes
they tend to get a little fuzzy a bit. You have a good point never the less,
so let's shutdown this thread please folks.

Exactly what does all this talk about broken fans have to do with JAWS? 
Have the list moderators loosened up the list rules so that general computer
questions can now be discussed on this list?  Clarification would be
appreciated.
