Hello Lenny: Have you tried going to c:\program files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe to start IE from there? If that works, just make a shortcut to it for the desktop, or pin it to the Start Menu or Task Bar.

It located 1,052 infections and removed them. It removed browser.exe and she can now not get on the internet. She is using a wireless card.
