Hi George,
Have you tried the dictionary located in the JAWS Research-it? It is
labeled as "Wiktionary" and is for some reason at the very top of the
Research-It list under r. It seems a reasonably good one, and has satisfied
my needs on many occasions.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Accessible dictionary
Most dictionaries I have seen in the past all present words & definitions in
graphic format. Is there an accessible dictionary out there without having
to use the JAWS cursor?
I will purchase a membership to one if that is what it takes.
