No, JAWS 17 is not out yet. It won't be released until some time in the
fall after Windows 10 has been released.

Hi
After you have installed JAWS 17, you will be able to use the Check For
Updates feature to get subsequent updates. But to initially install JAWS
17, you will need to download the installation program from Freedom
Scientific and run it. The check for updates feature will only show
updates
for the version of JAWS that is running.
