Thanks, John, that is exactly the way I thought it should work. But, on my machine for some reason, it doesn't. I have found a work around by going to my desk top and finding the jaws icon. But I can never see jaws in my system tray even though I think that is where it is running from. Go to the Jaws Window by pressing INSERT+J 2. With Jaws in the System Tray, you are moved directly into the list of menus 3. Use your up and down arrows to move through the menus to the Help section 4. Press Enter to open the Help menu and from that point on, everything else acts exactly the same as it did with Jaws as a separate window.
