Certainly. 1. Go to the Jaws Window by pressing INSERT+J 2. With Jaws in the System Tray, you are moved directly into the list of menus 3. Use your up and down arrows to move through the menus to the Help section 4. Press Enter to open the Help menu and from that point on, everything else acts exactly the same as it did with Jaws as a separate window.
Note: With Jaws in the System Tray, there are first letter navigation keys which will take you directly into a menu. The list is below.
