Hi, This kind of file is appearing more and more. Here's how to work with it.
1. Once the file is shown and the system settles, activate your Jaws Cursor 2. There are two contact points below the main information. They are usually one line down. 3. Use your Jaws Cursor to find the Save button and press the left Mouse button, directly above the 8 key on the keypad. Note: The system doesn't give you an option FOR SAVING the file. Normally, the Default LOCATION is the Downloads folder.
