Ron, I'd advise you to go to FSCast and listen very closely to episode 109. They tell you exactly how to set up Internet Explorer as the default browser in Windows 10 because the new browser isn't ready for accessibility just yet. For mail, Outlook will still work. I'm sure Windows Live Mail and thunderbird will also both work, but I don't know for sure.
