You should not delete it. When you changed to Home, you just
changed the license type. If you have JAWS 16 already, just
update the Authorization in the Help Menu and you are done.

You just update your authorization from the Help Menu of you
current JAWS, using your Authorization. If you don't have it,
contact Customer Service with your Serial Number and
Authorization Number. Then, install JAWS 16 from the JAWS
Download Page and the License will make it the Home Edition.
No need to uninstall anything.

installing this license with a sighted person. How do I start by
uninstalling the old copy before needing a sighted person? I have
