Good suggestion, this is the one I use. Just to add to this,
make sure you do not leave a space between JAWS and version
number.

windows r for run, type jaws and the version number and hit
enter.
for example,  if your running JAWS 16,  your going ot press
windows plus r for the run dialog, and type JAWS 16, and
then press enter.
JAWS will take a few seconds to come up.
