Hi Inamuddin,

After choosing the one-line messages view (insturctions in a previous email): You can then choose to sort your view by Columns, to hide those columns you don't want visible so as to show those you want - such as date, etc.

To do this: From the message or folder list, Go into the View Ribbon; Press the TAB key three times, to get to the View Button Dropdown. Activate this with SPACEBAR, then DOWN ARROW once to Select Columns... Again Activate this, and you will find a list of columns by down and up arrowing.

Now press the TAB key a few times, to explore the rest of the associated dialogue, and you will find that the columns that are displayed marked with 'Hide' are shown. If you want to hide any of those columns, press SPACEBAR on the Hide Button which is tabbable from it. You will learn by experimenting, what works best for you there.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] names not being recognized after being filled in, in the BCC field in WLM

Hi folks,
When composing a new email in WLM, I start by entering the name of the recipient in the “To” field and then, after filling in multiple names in the BCC field and pressing control+enter to send the email, it brings up the , “check names box”. Then, one by one, it says “no match can be found for any of the names that I just put in. It goes on to say, “ check the contact list to make sure that the information is correct and try again. I have checked every single name and email address in my list and they are all correct in their entirety. What is more odd, is that if I only enter one name at a time in the BCC field, it recognizes it fine and even repeats the name and email address!
Please, any suggestions or feedback would help a great deal.

Thanks
Marie J
