Hi When you first go on the site, have you tried turning off the virtual cursor with JAWSkey+z, then scrolling to the bottom using the mouse wheel and then turning the virtual cursor back on with JAWSkey+z? Perhaps the site would recognize that you've gone through the entire document.

It is because of screen readers that we get web pages that appear to us like regular documents.
