Yo bro: Thanks for this but I'm unable to mute the alt key, as it's not there as a choice in the manage key labels dialog. I tried muting the shift key but I get this message: JAWS Settings Center The mute/speak state of Shift cannot be toggled because this key is used in combination with other keys. OK. Maybe I should try the dictionary manager? Personal preference to always hear alt windows shift all the time in this application I'm using.
