Hi, I'm trying to check and see ifthere are any jaws updates for my version of jaws and when I launch it it says that it can't retrieve a list of updates because it can't contact freedom scientific because I'm either not connected to the internet, my firewall settings aren't right or my proxie settings aren't right. Can someone help? I'm obviously connected to the internet as I can send this email.
