This issue has gone on for about a year now and it really doesn't bug me, but after a year of the same thing happening, one begins to wonder.
When I do CTRL y for the folder list in outlook 2013 in this case, it says setting keyboard to US. It only says that there and I haven't noticed it anywhere, what prey tell yall think is happening and what is the fix? Fwiw, I'm using jfw 16 45o.
