Hello, In Microsoft office 2013 JAWS says, "Go to Folder Dialog, Tree View, just like in Microsoft office 2010. Go to your language settings and make sure English United States is set as your default language. Daniel

It is random and has happened at various times when using Outlook 2010. I do not think that I heard it when using the Outlook Control+y, and I use that command all day long. When I do CTRL y for the folder list in outlook 2013 in this case, it says setting keyboard to US.
