Hi, I have a couple of questions about upgrading to windows 10. I've finally been asked to upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 today. One, how do I do a system backup to my external hardrive? Second, do I have to reinstall JAWS once I upgrade to 10? I'm currently using windows 8.1 with JAWS 16 on a Lenovo laptop.
