Hi Jim,
I am having the same experience as you on the Vanguard site. Their site used to be very accessible, but since their last major site upgrade, accessibility has gone down the tubes. I have contacted their web support team, who tried to convince me that the accessibility, or lack thereof, is my problem and not theirs. I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't me. I don't think that I should have to contact a customer advisor every time I want to perform a transaction. I don't have to do that with my bank and I did not have to do that with Scottrade, when I was managing my daughters brokerage account.

AS the largest mutual fund company in the world, I think that they have an obligation to provide an accessible portal for their customers who rely on assistive technology. I will let you know if I get anywhere with them.

Best,
John

I've never traded on the Vanguard site but I have found some of their 'actionable" links, especially those labeled "on mouse over" not actionable. I called the advisor customer service rep and got what I needed.

You might find if you call Vanguard that they have an accessible site for people who use screen readers, We have Vanguard funds and etf's but do not trade on the Vanguard site.

HTH.particularly those with Vanguard accounts.

Hi all,
I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who has had success using Jaws to perform transactions on the vanguard.com site. In particular, buying and selling securities. I have been trying to use both Jaws 14 and 15 on this site with very little success.
Thanks,
John
