Hello Listmembers, After my Oct 1 posting requesting assistance with setting up a Contacts folder, I took some initiative and reviewed the Keyboard commands for this program (Microsoft Outlook 2013-2016.)
Subsequent to this, I contacted the Microsoft Support Helpline and with the assistance of one of their tech persons, walked through the key steps in the process of creating a contacts folder and importing specific email addresses to this folder: and then I (one-at-a-time) added about 35 addresses.
