When I had Outlook Express 2003 and moved to Outlook 2013 those addresses and folders moved over fine, not sure about the non Microsoft Outlook Express that is out there now. Yes, MS Accessibility can and will help with that transition.
If I continue to do the same things I have always done and am believing for change in my life That is a form of insanity! Can neither send nor receive e-mails. Everything else seems to be working on her computer. Internet connection is fine, and she uses Frontier. Will going to Outlook 2010 solve her problem? Secondly, will she be able to import her contacts, and import all of the outlook express e-mails? Can the Microsoft accessibility Help Desk assist her in that importing effort?
