I would first go to ms config and see what is in your startup list, the more checked the longer to startup and can run sluggish. I personally have about 4 items checked in that list of stuff. jaws of course,lol MSE, drop box,and I am sure that is all. I use win/7 on a laptop. sorry for my bad spelling, I am not on that system right now. my Mac book pro has my attention, now talk about whole other environment… I use them both actually.
