Funny I just went through this. Maybe you can tell me if they work for you.

1. While in the in box, hold down control and shift, and strike the letter
L, as in list. 
2. Type in the name , and tab to hear the name, again,  and strike enter. 
2a. Tab or shift tab to the radial button for name only or more columns. You
can arrow up or down to make sure it name only is selected. You do not want
"more columns" selected.   
3. Tab back to the extended list box. 
4. Arrow down to the name you want. Do not strike enter.  
5. Tab to the member greater button and strike the space bar.  
6. Shift tab back to the extended list, and arrow to the next name you want.

7. Tab to the member button and strike the space bar. 
8. After you have added all the names, tab to the OK button and strike the
space bar. 
9. The new group name may not appear in the extended list, until you have
re-started the computer. 
Adding names to an existing  group list
1. While in the in box, hold down control and strike the number 3.
2. Arrow down to the group list and strike enter. 
3. Hold down alt key, strike the letter H, then, strike the letter M.
4. Wait a few seconds and arrow to address book and strike enter. 
5. Shift tab to make sure that the "name only" radial button is selected,
instead of the "more columns" radial button. 
6. Tab to the extended list view. 
7. Arrow to the name you want to add. Don't strike enter!! 
8. Tab to the members greater button and strike the space bar. 
8A. Shift tab back to the extended list box and arrow to the name you want
to select. Tab to the add members button and strike enter. 
8B. Continue this process, until you have selected all the names you want. 
9. Tab to the OK button, and strike the space bar. 
10. Strike the escape key, until you are taken back to the in box. Or, hold
down control and shift, and strike the letter I.
