has anyone else got this type of message when opening word 2013? any help will be greatly appreciated

I opened my word document a few minutes ago and got this dialogue it
went something like this I do not remember the exact words but it went
something to this effect
you have not opened this in a while do you want to save all other
documents yes no and okay
I do not renumber the exact wording but I did not know what to do so I
somehow closed it off with out doing anything.
