Just purchased a Surface 4 Pro, and I'm wanting to back it up regularly. I have used Carbonite on my previous laptop and at other times Windows File History. I'm also looking to replace an external USB drive. Does anyone know if the software that comes with the Western Digital or Seagate drives is accessible. Another possibility is to purchase a new router, I've looked at the NetGear Night hawk which also includes backup software, but again the same question.
If anyone has any information on any of the above, it would be greatly appreciated...or if they have found another solution that is accessible with Jaws. Using Jaws 17.
